We currently do not have the staff available for phone support, but we will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours. Note also that we do not offer direct technical support for the open-source software used in our products. To receive technical support for software or firmware, please check out our Mailing Lists. The members of this mailing list are very knowledgeable and will likely be able to answer your questions more quickly than our support personel.

Another easy option is to join one of our Mailing Lists that best suits your area of interest and inquiring about collaborators on that list.
